Scoring of Michigan Test for Teacher Certification Reading Specialist Test is done on the scale of 300, out of which 220 are the minimum marks required to get the certification. Candidate needs to appear for MTTC Basic Skills Exam to prove his proficiency in basic subjects. This exam includes testing reading, writing and mathematical ability of the candidate.
