NES Spanish Exam (401) is a computer based test composed of 100 multiple choice questions, 1 presentation writing assignment and 1 presentational speaking assignment. Three hours is needed to complete the test. Tests with speaking assignments are offered at select CBT sites nationwide. After registering, you will be directed to schedule a test appointment by telephone. National benchmark score for this test is 220. $95 is the testing fee.
